Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited :
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building the relationship with the key customers as well as meeting the needs of different customers with the best value-added solutions.

Additionally, you will also need to:
1、全面规划、指导、执行PINGLINE中国、国际部、美国业务及United Promo美国运营战略，确保运营高效、有序的开展，为公司创造良好的业务环境；
2、组织编制年度业务计划及业务费用、内部利润等计划、预算，并监督各部门有效实施，确保全面完成；
3、带领营运管理团队,执行总公司的经营战略,完成公司的年度业务计划，监督、控制整个孵化器业务计划的实施过程；
4、有效整合利用部门资源，建立系统、科学、顺畅、可持续发展的运营体系。协调好各部门工作，建立有效的团队协作机制；
5、对企业运营情况提出考核意见。

Qualifications:
* 5+ years managing a sales team and operation;
* Strong understanding of sales reporting and ability to implement appropriate metrics;
* Entrepreneurial spirit and superior work ethic with the burning desire to succeed;
* Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment;
* Having strong technical and marketing skills in related business for a minimum of 5 years experience;
* Strong interpersonal and communication/ leadership skills;
* Good key account relationship management skills;
* Familiar with US and China sales channels, laws and policies;
* Must understand and have knowledge digital tech products, e-commerce;
* Must speak and write in both Mandarin and English well;
* Green Card or Authorize to work in the US
