This position involves providing sales & customer service to key B2B accounts and develop/maintain professional partnerships in order to increase activity and profit. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

This position requires tech savvy passion for the products and willingness to go the extra mile to serve our customers. You will be expected to multi task in a high energy environment including computerized order entry and interfacing with the customers by phone and computer.

Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in Sales and Customer Service.

Requirements:

- Must have at least one year of proven successful telephone (sales and/or customer service) experience

- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques

- Possess a positive and professional mental attitude and personality

- Highly self-motivated and driven

- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.

- Use good judgment and analytical skills

- Quick thinker and multi-tasker

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment

- Easily adaptable to change

- Capability to work, full-time, flexible hours (evenings especially), with weekend hours included

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Data Entry and Computer literacy are a MUST

- Promotional products or consumer electronics industry experiences preferred.

Education, Training & Experience:

- 1 -- 3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred, or recent college graduates with desire to utilize business experience and education in a sales capacity

- Ability to navigate a computer and learn computer systems quickly and effectively

- 1 -- 3 years of telephone sales experience is preferred, not required

- Successfully complete training program and testing conducted by Training Department
